Special Characters On Filenames #480

if there is a special characters on my picture name, when uploaded there is a 
problem creating a thumbnail or linking the image. how can i fix this ? can i 
rename pictures like some numeric names ?

for example: yaln%c4%b1zl%c4%b1k
original name: yalnızlık (ı in turkish characters)

there is no problem on gallery name with special characters but filenames not 
working.

Hello,
I am using NextGen Gallery vordpress 3.6 and 2.0.17.

Also I have a problem with special characters, such as ò à ì or 1 °.

I installed the plugin indicated, but the problem persists ...
