Double and Single quotes in captions are escaped #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 12" x 12" typed into the nextGen-gallery description becomes 12\" x 12\" 
2.If " is changed to " it displays properly until you edit the gallery page 
in any way. After saving it reverts to \".
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What WordPress / NextGEN Gallery version are you using? What browser are
you using?
1.9.3 with WP 3.3.1. Using with WordPress NextGen Galleryview.
