Gallery dropdown doesn't get populated #501

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Wordpress in folder different from the root. 
(www.domain.com/wordpress)
2. Set "Site Address (URL)" to root (www.domain.com/)
3. Edit post and try to insert gallery.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dropdown doesn't get populated since the url is wrong.

What WordPress / NextGEN Gallery version are you using? What browser are
you using?
NextGen version is 1.95, All major browsers

Please provide any additional information below.

wordpress/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/tinymce/window.php
line 30 and bellow replace home_url with site_url
