Documentation upgrade for mmg3d:

consistently documented all functions in libmmg3d.h and added an introduction
language fixes in many files
small additions to README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md
enable MathJax by default for Doxygen
added a custom.css for Doxygen to limit line length in the html documentation
suppress the copyright headers from the example code where it appears in the documentation of libmmg3d.h

Thanks for this contribution: I have changed the destination branch of the PR to the develop one and corrected minor typos directly in your repository (the doc enhancement will be introduced in the next software release).
