Reuse Nifia where possible

Descripton:

  1. Each culture needs to be a cultural object.
  2. Each culture can have a parent as defined in the Asghar data.
  3. Start with the oldest ancestors and assign Ethos, Pillars and what else needs to be included.
  4. Mutate children:
    1. For each child-culture with one parent: Start with the parent's values and modify them. This is to simulate diverging.
    2. For each child-culture with two or more parents: combine the two first parents (CK3 does not support more than two parents)
