Coupling between foamExpansion and foamAging cases #118

It should now be possible to use morphology and gas composition predicted by Bubble growth, Qmom0D or Qmom3D in foamAging and foamConductivity simulations. It is not yet perfect, for example the morphology from Qmom3D is taken only from one specific point. But it should be working and documented. You have to update input files for foamAging and foamConductivity. I also merged initModels1 and initModels2, I hope everyone is OK with that.
