doxygen documentation in foamingProcess #31

Starting to work on #30. Two observations: First, initModels and workflow are not seen by doxygen. Is that a problem? Second, @brief in README.md doesn't seem to work for me. It still displays description from groups.dox. Is that how it is supposed to work?

initModels and workflow are not scanned (missing a matching extension). The problem will disappear as these scripts will be unified and merged into the main library.

The brief description from README.md appears at the bottom of this page. Please change the brief description for the group (groups.dox) - I did not think about contents too much as I have been struggling with Doxygen as well ;-)
