I added new group "models" to provide more structure. It is more in line with modelModules branch.
I ran into one issue. Doxygen doesn't like when there are several fortran modules with the same name. For example, I have module constants in Bubble growth model, Foam conductivity and Foam aging. Doxygen combines the documentation to one place. I didn't find a way how to prevent this except renaming the modules, which I don't want to do yet. Does anyone know a better solution?
