Hello Henrik, I tried to get as much documentation as possible done, but I am still learning doxygen so it took some time. What I did notice is that I can use github markdown, which is nice.
I have not been able to locate the merge error, not sure what is causing it. There is a file in this commit that is strange: "applications/PUfoam/MoDeNaModels/SurfaceTension/src/ 0_initial_profile_global.xlo". I do not know what it does, but apparently I have changed 1000 lines(!).
