Adding changes to rheology model #96

Note that the inputs to the Rheology model is now "T, shear, X, mu, ST", but that Rheology_Arrhenius is called as before: "T, shear, X, mu0, mu1, mu, ST".

Therefore, as discussed in Madrid you will now call the Rheology_arrhenius model, which in turns calls the Rheology model.

Yes I noticed. Would it help if I pushed a new file Rheology_new.py that can replace Rheology.py.

Also, is it ok if I "mess around" a bit in the C-layer?

it would be great if you could put a version that works for you, Christos and Mohsen.

As for the C-layer. Sure go ahead and let me know.
