Allow withdrawing and depositing money at a bank in addition to goods.

You will probably need separate sets of withdraw/deposit for goods and money.

With #14, withdrawing requires bank to pay gold to withdrawer. Implementer (ee @poomethavornvanit) must ensure bank has the required gold.
