Colourful Outputs #8

Make textual outputs from this plugin more colourful and fancier than the opposite of Bink. Bukkit/Spigot has enums of the colours I think.

Also we should start thinking about localising outputs -> put all possible ones into some yml or other file. No magic number or value -> put these in config.yml

Error -> Red Missing Param -> Yellow (or Red?) Successful execution -> Green/Blue?

Thoughts?

Currently defined in ColorScheme, should be config.yml-able in the future.
