Requesting healthcare data at country level #210

Hi, can you provide hospital, ICU and PKRC data at country level since all other data is available at both country and state level (e.g. hospital_malaysia.csv and hospital_state.csv)

Can easily derive country-level data from state-level. That's what CovidNow is doing, so too my Dashboard: https://datastudio.google.com/s/lCtkdeCUwoo
