Request for vax type by age group

Some data of age group can be obtain via vax_malaysia.csv of CITF-Malaysia.

There is no vaccine given to the age group of child (0-11) as of the time of this comment so you can safely assume for now that 1st doses for a two-dose vaccine for the age group of child (0-11) and 2nd doses for a two dose vaccine and 1-dose vaccine for the age group of child (0-11) is zero.

For the age group for adolescent (12-17), you can obtain the data from the variable daily_partial_child and daily_full_child as of now, provided vaccine is not given to the age group of child (0-11). Currently they are given Pfizer as of now. *The definition for child in the CITF-Malaysia dataset is 17 years and below and not to be confused with the definition of child in the MoH-Malaysia dataset.

Currently, the data in the CITF-Malaysia is not divided into age group of adult (18-59) and elderly (60+). They are lump together. In addition, a manual calculation needs to be done be actually obtain the vaccine given for (18+) daily partial adult (18+) = daily_partial - daily_partial_child daily full adult (18+) = daily_full - daily_full_child

In the context of the vaccine type, we will usually be given whichever that is currently available rather than deriving the number of each vaccine type for each age group. Currently as explained earlier, the data only shows how many doses are given in each age group rather than the vaccine type. However, the number of vaccine type can be easily skewed to a particular vaccine type in a state as shown below:

As of the few information that I know, as of the READMe.md file, the vaccine type given to 17 years old and below as of now is Pfizer. "(thus far, only Pfizer is used)"

Bare in mind that is just vaccine type distribution by state not by age group.

We can only make certain assumption such as if a particular vaccine type clearly dominates a particular state, each age group in that state would probably receive that type of vaccine. However those are assumption as no data are available and the data I have shown is not sufficient to conclude anything.

Consult your doctor and do not force just this one piece of data because it is not sufficient to conclude anything yet. The doctors will not only consider just this one data but also your health status.
