[Feature Request] DNS based healthchecks #209

Would it be reasonable to add an option to do healthchecks as a tcp port check on 53 instead of an http health check? I generally care more about dns working than the admin panel working. Also if the dns port is listening then it is likely the admin panel is also working.

There is PR #220 to allow you to make a custom health check
