Issue during posting of pic to G2 using 1.1.2 #89

On which type of gallery your problem occurred ? (G2, G3, Piwigo ?)

G2

What version of regalandroid are you using? On what Android versions?

1.1.2, HTC Inspire 4G (2.3.3 JB to Desire HD) & Pantech CrossOver (2.2.1 JB)

Can you provide your gallery url so that a developer can reproduce the
issue ? do we need to login ? in which album the problem occurred ?

Yes, yes, any of my albums... my account is one of the admin accounts on my 
gallery.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Gallery button
2. Select Album Folder
3. Menu / Add a photo in this album
4. Select an album (on phone) / Select a photo... BOOM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect for it to actually complete... What I get...

A problem occurred during the gallery connection, the detail is:
Problem determining the filename, try to edit it, and please explain what 
happened in the bug tracker (how to reproduce this issue) in regalandroid bug 
tracker, http://code.google.com/p/regalandroid/issues/list bug 69, thanks

Please provide any additional information below.

On my G2 I have Remote 1.0.18 installed and WebDAV 1.0.10

So click on the okay on the problem window... then try save... No response... 
so click Done and get the famous app stop unexpectedly..

Having the exact same issue, same version of the app, same version of G2, but 
on an HTC Evo Shift.  The only differences are that I'm able to submit images 
from the Share UI (tap and hold image, pick Share, pick Send to Gallery or 
whatever it's called), just not from within the app.

I get this on an HTC One X. I can upload pictures with the share option but I 
cannot go to the album in the app and pick a picture there. The name of the 
picture is SentWithRegalAndroid and I can press Send all I like there but 
nothing happens after I get the error. Clicking Done doesn't crash the app for 
me, but the picture isn't uploaded either.... I can take a new picture and send 
it from there though, I just can't pick a picture from the gallery.

Gallery is 2.2, RegalAndroid is 1.1.2
