Network Version? #2

Thanks a lot for the great tool.... ;) Are you going to setup a network version? I'd like to use it via my LAN on a second PC. Thanks in advance. Roland

You can run the game and the web server app on one machine and the browser on a different machine by specifying IP:port instead of localhost

Thanks for your answer. Maybe I've misunderstood the procedure: when I enter localhost:8001 on the local machine where the webservice and the SIM is running, I get no answer from it. Same happens, when I try to connect via the LAN (IP:PORT). My LAN is working properly, because different programs can already connect to the SIM. Do you have any suggestions?

Did you launch the server app as administrator as per the instructions?

Definetely yes. What makes me think is the way, how it should connect to skyvector via LAN and to the webservice at the same time. Is the webservice.exe providing service of skyvector-map? Maybe I'm missing something here.
