Add QC: Check spaces at the end of values #214

Duplications are not detected in some cases because spaces at the end of the line. For example:

PC(34:1)>PC(16:0_18:1)
PC(34:1)>PC(16:0_18:1) 
PC(34:1)>PC(16:0_18:1)_isomer3

The second compound has an extra space at the end in both the metadata_metabolite and results file.
