* Replace hardcoded urls in template with `{% url %}`

* Remove unwanted template file
* Remove `rescan` query param from url
* Android icon SVG guessing improvements
* Icon analysis refactoring, change icon storage location
* Remove SVG to PNG converter. Support PNG and SVG icon.
* Github docker release action update
