Check for Internet Availability Before Getting App Details form PlayStore #2405

Before MobSF attempts to fetch details from the Play Store, perform a check to see if internet is available. In some instances MobSF is getting stuck attempting to connect to the Play Store when no internet connection is available. Running mobsf as a docker container on a private network and seeing this behavior in the logs.
