Petition: give the refit drone an inventory slot while still denying item-pickup capability, so that Rush could give RaXaHbot the data card to give to Obi Wan -qoalabear

We could have it randomised whether the drone starts with an item slot or the Bluetooth Siphon ability, and have it be tied to an augment installed on it
