Add an API that will allow MM to load a mission added by a different mod, including the mission's probability weight and whether it is part of an existing mission type cluster, as well as mission strings.
Add a flag to Texpo item population code that will allow other mods to add their items to the texpo weapon or texpo item pool. (More so the texpo item pool, as it is preset rather than procedurally generated, whereas the procgen for weapons has a chance of sampling any modded weapons anyway. But, if someone wants to add a Texpo-exclusive gun that skips the procedural traits entirely, maybe that should be an option?)
