MF10.3.0 - Midi device now wants Orphaned serial (no selecteable choice) -> cancel -> working (bug?) #1795

Describe the bug After updating my MF to the latest version 10.3.0 my configs which includes rows with my midi device, now asking for a orphaned serial after MF startup. The midi device is working, active and running, but in the lower chooseable assign field the midi device is not listed. After selecting the serial there is no chooseable selection available. After clicking the "cancel" button, the midi device is working without issues inside the config with 10.3.0. 1 2

worth to say i updated from last offical 10.2.2.0 to 10.3.0 (not tried the whole betas between)

Bug exists only, if additionaly a mobiflight module (arduino, miniFcu,...) is connected. With only joysticks and midi devices the dialog does not show up.
