Add missing VID/PID #1871

I have a board that is not detected, please add it to MobiFlight with this information

Provide the VID / PID combination Check the device manager for this information VID: 0x2341 PID: 0x8036

or entire ID: VID....&PID.....

Provide type of board

Purchased from Mobiflight (Order # 818)

This VId/PID combination is already available. There must be another reason why this board gets not detected.
