Modify the ECAM to provide external connections to the Switching panel #55

The Switching panel is directly above the ECAM and quite simple (12 inputs and backlighting). We should consider modifying the ECAM panel to provide external connections to allow the Switching panel to be an Arduinoless design.

Already address in the design currently available
