Create/modify ChatFragment to be aesthetically pleasing #58

This includes creating a nice place for the user to type in, a cool send button, and cool bubbles around messages. Also the user should be able to scroll through the messages which requires an extra nested RecyclerView (I think).

Whoever takes this on can make a lot of the design decisions and we can tweak them later after we all review it. Have fun with it :)

At one point we were looking to the android messages app for inspiration so here is a pic of how it looks in that app. It would be cool if we had different colors like that.
