Change getAllChats endpoint to return users in chat #89

This would be useful to display on the front end and would be an awesome addition to see in the cardview for the chats to see who is in all of them

Bumping up in the backlog because this will be necessary to know who's in what chat so we can stop users from adding users who are already in chats to the same chat.

In other words, stop users from adding the same connection multiple times to one chat.
