bug(install): can't install with cordova 6.5.0 #23

Command: cordova plugin add cordova-plugin-service-worker --save

Error: Expected plugin to have ID "com.vladstirbu.cordova.promise" but got "es6-promise-plugin".

@AmitMY If you install it from github should work. but anyway it will not compile for ios(11) ecc

Trying to install from github gives me an error:

cordova plugin add https://github.com/MobileChromeApps/cordova-plugin-service-worker --save

Error: Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/MobileChromeApps/cordova-plugin-service-worker via registry. Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect. Check your connection and plugin name/version/URL. Failed to get absolute path to installed module
