The view that appears when the device is disconnected and chat is selected from navigation. This also shows after leaving the network

Layout now changes to this view when 'Leave network' button is pressed -> still need to disconnect from the network itself
Connection is now checked initially -> implement active checking of connection

Implementation of the functionality will have its own ticket. This is only about bringing the visuals to Android Studio.
