Create network views

Add a view for creating a new network (UI and some of the smaller functions)

Separate fragment and the base for the layout are done.

Layout is currently without functionality (excl. the transition between fragments), needs to be updated accordingly as MESH network implementation develops

Networks fragment (old, will stay as the default view),

• no changes except the transition to CreateNetwork via the create button
• joining the network via this view, will list all the available networks

CreateNetwork fragment (new)

• goes back to Networks with the cancel button
• new network will be created by choosing from available devices
