Planning the test tasks, time and test participants for the usability testing

Due to the state of the application and the time frame, we are not able to hold proper usability tests. Instead, we decided to do the usability checking in the next weeks UX/UI/DEV meeting by having a person outside of the project crew attend system testing. That way we are able to get some outside comments even without actual usability testing. We will still do accessibility testing using Google Scanner etc.
