Reflecting changes to website #183

Although old links still work, direct links to pages would allow us to change the home page in the future.

This depends on merging the hugo generated website changes?

Yeah. The links are changed from https://mobileorg.github.io#subsection to https://mobileorg.github.io/subsection. # is changed to /
