Usage question: Viewing Org Docs in MobileOrg #241

Hi there,

I'm trying to figure out if MobileOrg is capable of something.

In brief, I'm trying to use OrgMode as a writing environment, similar to Scrivener. And I want to be able to view Org files and their text on mobile. The agendas aren't so important.

Ideally, I'd like to proof read stuff I've written on the desktop, make edits on the mobile, and sync those back to the desktop.

At present, I only see agendas in the mobile app, and I can't find a way to view the actual org files that I've pushed to edit them.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hey @kimfucious 👋

The files that get synced are currently determined by the value of your org-agenda-files variable in emacs. Just add the files to this list and they will sync and show up. Your screenshot is just the default "agenda view".

Your use case certainly is possible. I think most users use mobile org for capture and then sync/refile once they are back at their normal emacs environment.
