Update Carthage configuration #257

There were some issues with Carthage configuration, like missing in/out files for embedding. They are fixed. Also, I updated the documentation to bootstrap only iOS frameworks with Carthage. Will save some time on the bootstrapping phase.

Thanks @dive this looks great. I will test locally tonight before merging, but don’t foresee any major issues.
