Implement settings synchronization for RecSync #45

Settings synchronization for RecSync is implemented. In particular:

The synchronization itself is implemented
Top menu icon for RecSync is now only shown to a leader and is used to start the synchronization
RecSync settings (including "Use RecSync" switch and synchronization settings) are moved to main menu
IMU settings are moved to a special screen in main settings
Checks for RecSync support are added
