Add latest version changelog to fastlane metadata #78

Adds changlelog for version 1.48.3.1 (version code 81) to fastlane metadata. Required for F-Droid integration.

The reviewer currently has some troubles approving this through GitHub's interface, but told me in person that the changes are ok
