AmigoBot model #4

It would be great if there was a model for the AmigoBot.

I started with a simple xacro here (permanent link that should include the relevant geometries to publish tf but not much more. (I also added a camera that I use for my purposes -- it would probably be better to put that into a second xacro and include the non-camera one...)
