Removed outdated urls. #161

SEPTA Rail OTP Report leads to 404 on GitHub.

Graphs in Transit seems to be broken (opened it a few days earlier, the same error). Checked on Safari, Chrome, FireFox:

I contacted the author of the SEPTA OTP repo and he said to use this URL instead, so I'll change to that and merge: https://apps.phor.net/septa/
