docs: Add Reflect GTFS validator #185

Adds the recently released GTFS validator hosted on Reflect, a new transit schedule & GTFS validation platform by Foursquare ITP. Full disclosure, I work at Foursquare ITP and lead development of Reflect. I think the large file sizes accommodated by Reflect and the use of gtfs-lib for validation will be of interest to people visiting awesome-transit.
