Keep validator in sync with GBFS JSON Schemas #186

Context

The JSON Schemas in the validator are duplicated from https://github.com/MobilityData/gbfs-json-schema. There is a risk to create discrepancies in the validation tools supported by MobilityData if the schemas diverge.
