Update Metro Transit (Wisconsin) feeds to use new URLs [SOURCES] #494

Hi there,

I am looking to update the realtime information for Madison Wisconsin's Metro Transit. They recently upgraded their AVL system, and the URLs changed, unfortunately without redirects in place. Their static data URL has not changed.

Please let me know if I missed any details.

We don't change the URL for feeds, so that there's a consistent definition of what a feed is over time. Could you please create new feeds for these new URLs, and set the status to the old feeds as deprecated? You can add a redirect from the old feed to the new feed IDs. More details on the status and redirect fields in the schema here.
