We don't change the URL for feeds, so that there's a consistent definition of what a feed is over time. Could you please create a new feed for the new URL, and set the status to the old feed as deprecated? You can add a redirect from the old feed to the new feed IDs. More details on the status and redirect fields in the schema here.
