Add GBFS Feeds to Database

Description:

We need to integrate GBFS (General Bikeshare Feed Specification) feeds into our existing database system. This task involves designing the necessary database schema, developing a script to populate the database with GBFS feed data, and automating this process using GitHub Actions.

Tasks:

• [x] Create Database Schema: Design and implement the database schema to store GBFS feed data.
• [x] Develop Populate Script: Write a script to fetch GBFS feed data and populate the database with this data.
• [x] Automate with GitHub Actions: Create a GitHub Action to automatically run the populate script on a scheduled basis or upon specific events.
• [ ] ~Add column MoblityData ID: Add a column and gh action to populate the column~
