docs: Update FAQ, homepage, and static search filter definitions

Summary:

Update to FAQ content, Home page, and some minor wording changes on the Search page. Still have to setup my local to test the changes and run the unit tests.

Expected behavior:

FAQ content displays correctly with updates.

Testing tips:

Provide tips, procedures and sample files on how to test the feature. Testers are invited to follow the tips AND to try anything they deem relevant outside the bounds of the testing tips.
