Feat: mobile enhancements

Summary:

• [Side Menu] on mobile hid the metrics when not logged in with proper account + added gbfs metrics
• [Account] is now mobile friendly + refined spacing
• [Feeds / Feed / About / FAQ / Login / Create Account]: margin / spacing adjustments

NOTE: the metrics page wasn't touched to be mobile friendly

Expected behavior:

When running the application on a mobile screen, it should look proper

Testing tips:

Do a general sweep of the application on a mobile screen size

[out of scope]: In the Feeds screen, consider removing the description column. Only use the icon, not the label in the data format values. This will reduce or remove horizontal scrolling altogether in most cases.
