This PR is good to go and is eligible to be merged to staging immediately.

Notes:

Remove legacy columns on Messages
Migrate all messages (including initial invite) to Messages table
Remove messages from JSON body of Assessments, Inventories and Analyses
Ensure that the default message still makes it across when creating assessments, inventories, and analyses
