Analysis list is sorted oldest->newest #430

The Analysis page (list of analyses) is sorted from oldest --> newest and it should be sorted from newest --> oldest.

To reproduce:

  1. login to pdredesign on staging
  2. click the Data and Tech Analysis tab Observe: the analyses are listed from oldest to newest.
