TDL cannot be run from the PATH #28

When putting TDL's directory in the PATH, then trying to run TDL (from, for example, c:), get an error message:

Fatal Error: Config File c:\tdl.ini not found

One cheap way to fix this by CHDIRing over to where TDL lives.
