Eleven Labs is alot more expensive and less stable Need to replace with IBM Watson

Change in priority Now prioritising getting rid of the choppiness issues before switching it out for IBM Watson (#43) This way we can use Eleven labs in production and IBM Watson in dev environments Or maybe switch between them when we need to demo the product
