After changing ability layouts, "AbilityType" "DOTA_ABILITY_TYPE_ULTIMATE" no longer makes hotkey "r" #139

Now you have to put the ability in slot 6, but this causes a lot of other issues for heroes who uses SwapAbilities often (ability not active bugs, same as timbersaw in ranked dota)
